General terms of delivery
For the sending of the articles, the delivery in France and in the countries of Europe is free. It is done by post, by simple colissimo, or recommended with sending of the tracking number. For other countries, outside Europe, we can study together a shipping price including insurance and transport including tax (DHL, UPS, FedEx). Only the import taxes applicable in each country remain your responsibility. Contact me in this case, before the purchase, to define the price including shipping.
Payment methods
Purchases are made in cash. Payments are to be made directly on this site, payment by PAYPAL or by credit card. You can also pay by check when ordering or by bank transfer, on request. Other methods of payment can be studied: consult me. In case of unavailability of the items ordered, the refund will be made within 48 hours for payment by Paypal or by bank transfer, checks will be returned or canceled within the same timeframe. A detailed purchase invoice is sent in each package.
Receipt of ordered items
Upon receipt of the package(s), it is up to the recipient to express all reservations vis-à-vis the carrier in the event that the packaging has been opened, broken or damaged. These reservations must be expressed manually and signed on the transport voucher with mention of the anomalies observed (damaged, missing, soiled objects, etc.).
They must be confirmed to me within 24 hours by email: tresor.deluxeparis@gmail.com or through the Contact section. It should be noted that the recipient loses all his rights to be compensated if he does not carry out this procedure scrupulously.
Condition of items offered – Peculiarities of the trade in old and second-hand items
All items for sale on this site are old or second-hand. They can therefore no longer present all aspects of the new. I make every effort to describe the said articles and their possible defects as best as possible, in particular with regard to customary restorations, small accidents or possible small damage.
Withdrawal period and returns
In accordance with the law (article L221.18), the buyer has a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the article to return the articles, purchased by mail order on the internet, which would not suit him, without having to justify his decision.
I undertake to make a full refund of the purchase within 14 days, by PAYPAL or bank transfer, insofar as the item(s) are returned to me without damage, in accordance with their original condition, described in the invoice, and returned in their original packaging.
It is up to the recipient to pay the return postage and to take out any necessary insurance to guarantee the risks.
You must inform the company of your decision to withdraw, by sending me, by email or paper mail, before the expiry of the 14-day period, a standard withdrawal form (appended to these GCS) or any other declaration, devoid ambiguity, expressing your desire to withdraw. The company will send you an acknowledgment of receipt of the withdrawal by email.
In the case of the return of a transformed or damaged article, purchased on the internet, the refund cannot be made, photos and file in support, it will be automatically returned to the buyer.
In the case of an item purchased through our partner 58Facettes by appointment, in Paris, in their showroom or any other store or physical location, the return, after fitting and purchase, in the event of a change of mind , is not possible.
Amicable Resolution and Mediation
In the event of disputes, of any nature whatsoever, which may arise hereunder, the Parties will seek, prior to any legal action, an amicable agreement and will communicate to each other all the necessary information for this purpose. As such, the Buyer has the right to have recourse to a competent consumer mediator with a view to the amicable resolution of the dispute between him and the company, by referring in particular to the following website: https://www .cm2c.net/
Trésors de Luxe and the Consumer Mediation Center of Justice Conciliators (CM2C), represented by Mr. Alain Yung-Hing, have decided to form a partnership so that Trésors de Luxe can use the consumer mediation services offered by CM2C: the Consumer Mediation Center of Justice Conciliators acts on behalf of volunteer mediators to provide the consumer mediation service.
You can consult the Agreement relating to the provision by the Conciliators of Justice Consumer Mediation Center of a consumer mediation service, established between Trésors de Luxe and CM2C for 3 years.
